MC Enterprises warrants all its accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase from an authorized distributor/dealer. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Any product to be evaluated for a possible defect must be delivered to MC Enterprises at the owners expense and accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase. A Return Authorization number must first be obtained by calling our customer service department, toll-free at (866) 886-2368 Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. Items returned to us without a Return Authorization number visible on the outside of the package may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

If a returned item is determined to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the first year of ownership, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of MC Enterprises, and returned to the customer at our expense. Any item returned for evaluation and found NOT to be defective under the terms of our warranty, will be returned to the customer at their expense. In either event, you will be notified of our decision.

The installation of any accessory may change the original characteristics of your motorcycle (i.e. weight distribution, ground clearance, etc.) and should be carefully considered.

MC Enterprises shall not be held responsible for incidental damage or any associated costs resulting from the use, installation or removal of our products, inconvenience or loss of use of the accessory or vehicle on which it is installed or intended, customer negligence, carelessness or any other circumstance beyond our control. The customer agrees to this by installing or having our accessories installed.
